M.O.S. Logo Competition

It may come as some surprise that the Michigan Otolaryngological Society does not have an official logo.
As part of our 100 year celebration we are having a logo competition which was announced at the January 20th, 2010 meeting.

Here are the guidelines and rules for the new M.O.S. logo:

1) The logo must be original, and reflect the essence of our society.

2) Simplicity is preferred over complexity.

3) The logo is to be submitted by an M.O.S. member but may involve the work of others.

4) Submit the logo in digital format to Karen Carter by Friday July 16th, 2010.

5) The rights to the logo become the property of the Michigan Otolaryngology Society.

6) The winner of the logo competition will be voted on by the M.O.S. members at the July 2010 summer meeting.

7) A prize and recognition will be offered at the 2010 Kemink Memorial Lecture Banquet.
(The winner does not need to be present at the Summer meeting, but it would add a nice touch)
