Services and Opportunities provided by the M.O.S.

Medical Education:
Nationally recognized speakers are invited to the quarterly and annual summer meetings.
Resident talks & awards are given at summer meetings.
The MOS provides Otolaryngology speakers for the State and County society meetings.

Practice Management:
One of three quarterly meetings and a portion of summer meeting are devoted to this topic.
The MOS has worked with a number of experts in Practice Management over the years and are in the process of putting together a network of resources and important topics for our members.

Political Issues:
The MOS monitors bills and legislation and sends representatives to Lansing and Washington DC.

Keeping Watch for Public Safety:
The MOS responds to various scope of practice issues, false claims and false advertising.

Reimbursement Issues:
The MOS monitors and responds to various insurance related issues such as CPT codes, RVU's, and keeps aware of major developments involving the major health insurance providers.

ENT Sponsors:
MOS provides interaction with various sponsors to learn more about the products available for our specialty.

Financial Savings:
